Amenities Specialist – Luxury Condominium

We’re seeking a polished, service-driven Amenities Specialist to help deliver an exceptional resident and guest experience in our luxury condominium community. This role is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and monitoring all onsite amenities to ensure they remain clean, functional, well-stocked, and aligned with elevated condo standards.

The ideal candidate is hospitality-minded, attentive to detail, and committed to providing personalized, high-quality service. Daily responsibilities include greeting residents and guests, assisting with amenity reservations, ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of amenity spaces, supporting events, coordinating with various departments, and promptly addressing maintenance or supply needs. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless environment for all residents.

Full-time and Part-time positions are available. Compensation commensurate with experience

What We’re Looking For:

Candidate should have 2+ years of luxury hospitality or high-end residential experience, strong communication and customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to uphold refined service standards.  A high school diploma or equivalent is required; hospitality training or a related degree is preferred.  A valid Hawaii Driver’s License and the ability to work professionally, discreetly, and collaboratively are essential.
