We are seeking a polished, service-focused Lead Amenities Specialist to oversee the daily operation, presentation, and service delivery of all building amenities. This leadership role supervises the Amenities Specialist team, ensures luxury-level service standards, and maintains all amenity spaces to support an exceptional resident and guest experience.
The Lead Amenities Specialist conducts daily walkthroughs, manages amenity schedules, monitors cleanliness and equipment condition, oversees reservations, and serves as the primary point of contact for amenity-related inquiries or escalations. The role also supports event setup, inventory management, and cross-departmental coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, concierge, and resident services teams. Additional responsibilities include training team members, completing inspections and reports, and enforcing safety and community policies.
Full-time position, compensation commensurate with experience
What We’re Looking For:
Candidates should have 2+ years of luxury hospitality or high-end residential experience, strong communication and customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to uphold refined service standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; hospitality training or a related degree is preferred. A valid Hawaii Driver’s License and the ability to work professionally, discreetly, and collaboratively are essential.
