Title: Building Maintenance Staff
Location: Well managed building located in Hawaii Kai
Schedule: Onsite - 8 hour shifts (Monday thru Friday), Weekends as needed
Report To: Resident Manager
Job Description: Assist with work directed by the Resident Manager for the upkeep of the building that may include but may not be limited to drywall work, painting, cleaning and landscaping.
Pay: $20/hour - $25/hour, based on experience
