Waikiki Highrise is looking to hire a Maintenance Tech to assist the operations manager. Candidate must be an experienced journeyman fully capable to perform normal day to day duties. Must be self-motivated and possess strong electrical, mechanical, and plumbing skills.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Investigate/trouble shoot various issues.
• Diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance repair of shop equipment, facilities and machinery.
• Fabricate and install replacement piping.
• Work to ensure OSHA guidelines are followed in respect to hazardous chemical safety item are followed by employees.
• Coordinate with City & County opala.org.
• Assist administration on building shutdowns.
• Test troubleshoot coordinate and calibrate preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment.
• Respond to emergency situations as necessary.

Paint/Dry wall/Carpentry/Electrical/AC & Mechanical skills needed

Certified pool operator and CPO is a plus.
