Pohailani Maui AOAO is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Worker who strives to provide operational excellence and genuine care in a small Ohana team environment.

Compensation/Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Performs general maintenance tasks and projects
• Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs
• Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns
• Ensure follow through on assigned maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Basic property maintenance experience preferred (able to use power and hand tools)
• Pool experience a Plus
• Light plumbing and irrigation experience preferred
• Reliable transportation (West Side preferred but not required)
• Maintain knowledge of all emergency and safety procedures
• Reliable and good communication skills
• Ability to regularly lift over 20 lbs
