Maintenance – Janitor – FULL TIME

We have an opening for a Full-Time Maintenance - Janitor position. The Maintenance-Janitor person is primarily responsible for the daily routine janitorial, and cleaning of the facility and assists with daily operational needs and requests.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED required.
2 years' experience in hotel and/or residential maintenance preferred. Experienced in using hand tools and cleaning equipment. To provide daily on-site property management and light handyman services ensuring the common areas of the property and areas belonging to the Association are well maintained.
Schedule: Shifts including holidays and weekends if needed; must have flexible schedule to cover other shifts if needed.
COMPENSATION: $17.00/hour plus full medical coverage
