Job Description:
Provides security and customer service to residents of Waiea, acting as an ambassador of hospitality. The Residential Specialist is responsible for responding to resident needs, preserving order, ensuring safety, and observing and reporting on building events. Serves at all common area posts, including the Front Desk, Porte Cochere, Amenities, and Security.
Requirements:
- Hawaii Guard Card
- Valid Driver's license
- fluency in Japanese strongly preferred
