Overview
We are seeking two reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Maintenance/Housekeeping team members to join our property operations team. In this role, you will help ensure that our residential and shared community spaces remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidates take pride in their work, demonstrate initiative, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer service.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report any issues.
• Utilize programmable logic controllers for automated cleaning systems where applicable.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical work as needed.
• Interpret schematics for equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Provide residential painting services to enhance property aesthetics.
• Supervise cleaning staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and maintenance activities using information checklists.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills by training new staff members in cleaning procedures.

Skills

• Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus, contributing to an understanding of industrial cleaning standards.
• Ability to use an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting when necessary.
• Excellent supervisory skills to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
