We have coverage for pool, trash, and grounds keeping so the site manager would do the following things, among others: use expertise to find and trouble shoot problems, solicit vendors, supervise vendors, interact with residents about house rules and proper use of facility, report to the board of directors. We estimate 10 to 15 hours a week. Salary negotiable. Prefer someone reasonably near the location which is by Kapiolani Park. Experience and references required.
